What does this acquisition mean for me as a Thryv customer?
This strategic partnership is a huge win for Thryv and Keap customers. Current Thryv customers can add Keap’s powerful business automation tools to their toolkits to save even more time and streamline their business growth. Integrating Keap’s advanced marketing automation tools will help with lead nurturing, filling your sales pipeline, and so much more.
Will there be any changes to the Thryv products and services I currently use?
As of right now, all of the Thryv products and services that you know and love and currently use will remain the same. But trust us, our teams are working hard to create even better products together, and we hope to launch those updates soon. Stay tuned for more to come.
Will my Thryv account details or login information change?
Your current Thryv account details and login information will remain as-is and intact. There’s no need to change anything at this time.
Will there be any changes to my current Thryv subscription or service plan?
Your current Thryv subscription or service plans will remain unchanged. However, we encourage you to check out Keap’s products to see which could help your business grow. Any Keap products you add will be charged separately from your Thryv subscriptions.

Will there be any changes to my Thryv billing?
No changes will be made to your Thryv billing. Your current subscriptions and plans and the prices you’re currently paying will remain as-is.
Will there be any service interruptions during the transition?
Nope! Your Thryv service will also remain the same. You won’t experience any service interruptions at this time. We’ll notify you in advance of any future changes that might happen.
Will any new products or services be introduced into Thryv’s software due to this acquisition?
Absolutely! And we can’t wait to share what those new product offerings will look like. However, this process will likely roll out over the next few months, so we encourage you to check back and stay tuned.
Thryv and Keap both offer CRMs. How do I know which one is right for me?
This is a great question, and it’s one that we can’t answer on the spot without knowing more about your business and its specific needs.
