On Friday, March 13, SBA head Maria Contreras-Sweet announced that the annual National Small Business Week is scheduled for May 4 – 8 2015, with small business events and ceremonies being held from coast-to-coast including Miami, Los Angeles, San Antonio, and New York, and Washington, DC.
The theme of this year’s celebration is “SBA: Dream Big, Start Small,” and will focus on and recognize the achievements of small business owners, entrepreneurs, and others who contribute to job creation and the economic health of the nation.
In addition to the five main venues, activities are scheduled in each of the SBA’s 10 regions and its 68 districts from May through June. Further information and updates are available at www.sba.gov/smallbusinessweek.
