Service & Support FAQs

Thryv users receive a dedicated Thryv Service Specialist and 24/7 customer service via email, chat or phone. You will also have full access to our online Support Center, which includes how-to videos, walk-through guides and tutorials.
Contact U.S. support at 844.99.THRYV (844.998.4798) and Australia support at 1800-468-4798. You can also connect with us right inside Thryv by clicking the orange chat icon at the bottom right-hand side of the screen. It will open a dialog box where you can email or chat with us directly.
We’ve noticed that users who take advantage of onboarding spend more time using Thryv and have greater success with the software. Without onboarding, you have no way of knowing everything Thryv can do to help your business, and you risk not taking full advantage of the software.
Post purchase, you will be logged in and can start using Thryv right away. The QuickStart guide will get you set up with the basic elements. Then during your onboarding calls we will help you set up the features most important to your business. Our goal is to help you become a daily active user of the software in 30 days or less.
